so statistically speaking, my favorite album would be sgt. pepper's lonely hearts club band, with an average score of 76!

sgt. pepper is followed by revolver (average score of 78), magical mystery tour (86), let it be (90), abbey road (94), help! (97), the beatles (white album) (102), rubber soul (109), a hard day's night (115), beatles for sale (137), please please me (143), and lastly with the beatles (145).
**note: the average score listed for abbey road was calculated slightly differently than all the others, as I decided to score the medley as one song rather than by its individual parts. the average score, when using the scores listed in the ranking above, came to 103.

based on the standard deviation and range of each album, please please me is the most consistently ranked, with 0 songs breaking the top 100 (this is very surprising to me. I love please please me, I think it is so charming and holds up very well! but I guess it just didn't compare to later songs). help! has the most inconsistency, along with let it be and the beatles.

I am not very good at statistics anymore, so this is a pretty basic analysis of my list. I calculated z-scores for everything, but I didn't really know what to do with those!
the white album is my favorite beatles album btw. no matter what the rankings imply.
